Food and Nutrition

Acts as food and
nutrition information resource, promoting local and sustainable foods
where ever possible. Specializing in healthy cooking techniques for
heart disease, diabetes, vegetarian, and international cuisines. Iron
Chef competition and judge.
Nutrition Analysis and Labelling - Provide nutritional analysis of
recipes, menus and food products. Provide nutrient content information
and claims in approved format for nutrition labelling of food products
Demonstrations / Cooking Classes - Conducts food, product or cooking
demonstrations and educational seminars/workshops to students,
consumers, health organizations, educators, retailers, and
professionals. Organizes and conducts group Iron Chef competitions.
Speaker, Teaching & Seminars – Delivers talks on relevant topics,
curriculum and learning materials development, delivery and facilitation
of courses, seminars and workshops

Recipe Development & Testing – standardized recipes for food
industry, specializing in healthy cooking techniques for the food
